Clear about our role.
MetaBridgeAPI provides API connectivity. Your brokerage account remains with your broker.
Independent software
MetaBridgeAPI is independently operated and is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by MetaQuotes Ltd. MetaTrader, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, MT4 and MT5 are MetaQuotes trademarks, referenced here to identify compatible platforms.
References to these products explain compatibility. They do not imply that MetaQuotes sponsors, certifies, supports or operates MetaBridgeAPI.
What the service does
MetaBridgeAPI connects your software to accounts you hold with your broker. Its features include account reads, market data, streaming and user-directed trade requests. Your application controls the requests it sends and the API-key permissions it grants.
MetaBridgeAPI is not a broker, does not hold your trading funds and does not provide investment advice, recommendations, trading signals or managed investment services.
Broker execution and risk
Your broker determines account permissions, instruments, trading hours, prices, order rules and execution. Software access does not guarantee that an order will be accepted or executed. Connectivity and market conditions can affect requests and responses.
Examples are provided to explain the API, not to recommend a trade or investment. Use a demo account to test your integration before deciding to use a live account. Trading can result in losses.
